Key Dates for 2025-2026 New Student Applications
Please note there is a waitlist for some grade levels for 2025-2026. Applications will still be accepted.
December 2, 2024: New Student Applications for the 2025-2026 School Year Open. Click here to fill out an inquiry form and be notified when the application window opens. November 13, 2024: Prospective Parent Information Night. If you would like to remain updated with additional details, please fill out the inquiry form here.
February 15, 2025: Deadline for the 2025-2026 applications. Applications received after this deadline will be reviewed separately on a first come first served basis.
March 15, 2025: FACTS Financial Aid applications are due. Please see our tuition page for more details.
2025-2026 New Student Application Information
- Incoming kindergarteners must turn 5 by September 30, 2025 to be eligible for kindergarten for 2025-2026. If your child does not meet the age cut-off, you can find more information regarding prekindergarten admissions here.
- New families and current St. Michael families must complete an application for each new student seeking admission for 2025-2026.
- A $50 non-refundable Application Fee will be processed directly through FACTS at the time each application is submitted.
- Once the online application has been submitted, families will be contacted directly to begin the next step of submitting supporting documents to go with the application. Applications are not considered complete until the $50 application fee has been paid and all supporting documents have been submitted.
- Families with an incoming kindergartener will be contacted to schedule a Kindergarten Screening. Kindergarten acceptance is considered conditional upon the results of this screening.
- New families with a student entering grade 1-8 will be contacted to schedule an interview with the principal as part of the admissions process.
- Completed applications are reviewed and approved once the February 15 deadline has passed, priorities for acceptance are as follows:
- Children from families registered at St. Michael Parish
- Children with siblings currently/previously enrolled
- Children now reaching school age
- Children from families newly moved into the parish whose children have been in Catholic schools where such were available
- Children from non-participating parish families with siblings currently/previously enrolled in school
- Children transferring from other Catholic schools:
- From parish schools that are closing
- From parishes not offering full K-8 programs
- Schools with a waiting list
- Children of other faith traditions
- Children from families registered at St. Michael Parish
Admission and Enrollment
- Applications that have been considered “Accepted” or “Conditionally Accepted” will move on to Enrollment.
- In the Spring, families will be contacted to complete Enrollment. Enrollment is only considered completed (1) once the family’s FACTS Tuition Account has been set up and the non-refundable $125 School Activity Fee (per student) has been paid and (2) once the online enrollment paperwork has been completed through the FACTS Family Portal.

As a catechist of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program I have the privilege of observing the relationship of the child and Jesus flourish everyday. The genuine love that the child has for our Lord is shown in the most simplistic way during their work in the Atrium.
